Using facebook all notifications comes to our facebook accounts we know its well. But some problem is that by the way of this notifications also comes to your mail aslo and sometimes its may weast the place of your e-mail. You could stop easily to sending notifications to ur mail. For this you have to follow below instructions.
At first log in your account > go accounts settings > here you have found > notificatons > click to notifications and you have to look up on rght side more options of notifications you could able to block this by clicking edit option and undo tick of all options now save to continue.
